Exposition Sponsorships

Information for Sponsors and Exhibitors
Any business and/or non-profit organization may display products, building supplies, activities, or services that save energy, produce clean energy, teach environmentally sound practices, display environmentally friendly living, recycle, or advocate for protection of Earth. Those who do not wish to exhibit but still want to show support for the Greening Western Kentucky Expo may sponsor the event.

Greenest Sponsors-- $3000
The Greenest sponsors will be featured in all advertising.
The logo of the sponsor will be placed on the banners hanging outside and inside the Expo.
Two prime spaces will be available in the exhibit hall for the Greenest Sponsors to exhibit their “green” products, materials, or energy efficient services.
The Greenest Sponsors will be introduced at the ribbon cutting of the expo at 9:00 a.m. on July 19, 2008
The Greenest Sponsors will be listed in the program and on the website.

Green Sponsors--$1000
The logo of the sponsor will be placed on the banners hanging inside the Expo.
One prime space will be available in the exhibit hall for the Green Sponsors to exhibit their “green” products, materials, or energy efficient services.
The Green Sponsors will be listed in the program and on the website.

Supporting Sponsors of Earth and Expo--$500
Supporting sponsors will be listed on the banner inside the exhibit hall.
Supporting sponsors will be listed in the program and on the website.

Contributing Sponsors of Earth and Expo--$250
Contributing sponsors will be listed in the program and on the website.

Friends of the Earth and Expo--$100
Friends of the Expo will be listed in the program.

Requirements for Exhibitors
Any business and/or non-profit organization may display products, building supplies, activities, or services that save energy, produce clean energy, teach environmentally sound practices, display environmentally friendly living, recycle, or advocate for protection of Earth.

Exhibitors Fees
Exhibitors will be registered when the table request is made and the cost per table is sent to the address given on the registration form.
Business and For-Profit Fees--$60 per 6 ft. table (provide your own table covering)
Not-for-Profit organization Fees--$35 per 6 ft. table (provide your own table covering)

Instructions for Registration
1. Fill in the information in the spaces available.
2. Designate how many 6 ft. tables you want for the Expo. (Spaces for each table will be approximately 10 ft. x 10 ft.
3. If power is needed for your space an extra charge of $15 is required for electricity. Limited number available.
4. Make payment by check to Mount Saint Joseph Center and return to the address listed on the Form.
